Kris Boyd Fears Rangers Have Missed Out on Brilliant Signing

Rangers legend Kris Boyd has expressed strong admiration for 18-year-old Lennon Miller, suggesting that the young talent is quickly outgrowing the domestic scene and may soon be ready for more competitive environments. Boyd’s comments come on the heels of a recent match in which he witnessed Miller’s impressive performance, including a stunning free-kick that struck the crossbar during Motherwell’s 3-0 loss to Celtic on Sunday.

“I ended up focusing on him and watching him,” Boyd stated. “Even when he’s in his own box picking out his teammates, not just heading it away, he just looks so mature for his age.”

Boyd emphasized that Miller’s skills and maturity suggest he could be ready for opportunities beyond Scottish football. “I’ll be honest – and no disrespect to Rangers or Celtic – I think he’s looking bigger than that now, I really do. And there is no reason why [not],” he said.

The former striker also acknowledged the potential interest from larger clubs, noting that “Scottish football gets a bad rap at times, but he is one hell of a talented kid. He seems so level-headed as well.”
