Rangers Player on Verge of Exit, He Is Set to Leave Training Camp

Kilmarnock are closing in on the signing of Rangers goalkeeper Robby McCrorie, according to reports.

The 26-year-old has just one year remaining on his contract at Ibrox and is understood to be close to finalizing a two-year deal with Kilmarnock.

Despite being included in Rangers’ recent trip to the Netherlands, McCrorie has seen limited playing time with the Gers, making only seven senior appearances. He has primarily gained experience through loan spells at various clubs.

With Jack Butland remaining at Rangers and the addition of Liam Kelly, McCrorie faces an uphill battle for first-team opportunities.

This move benefits both sides. McCrorie will gain valuable playing time and potentially push for a call-up to the Scotland national team. Kilmarnock, meanwhile, secure a talented goalkeeper seeking regular playing time.

Several teams in the Scottish Premiership were reportedly interested in McCrorie, but Kilmarnock appear to be winning the race for his signature.
